A lot of fedi instances run on donations. It might be worth including some variation of “all donations are donations rather than payment for services, and you’re not entitled to get your money back on breach/termination”. Also avoids classification as a consumer contact?

My thinking would be to include a suitable disclaimer on the donations page, rather than in these general terms for registered users, I think.
